MetaFit
Created by a former royal marine Metafit combines traditional body weight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire.
This 30 min HIIT session will get results!

Bootcamp
Bootcamps are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of different exercises. In our group fitness classes you may find a variety of traditional body weight exercises, interval training, strength training, circuit training and always a touch of cardio. Each class is different.

P90X LIVE
P90X LIVE is suitable for all fitness levels and will challenge athletes through a high-intensity, multi-faceted resistance and functional training regimen including elements of CrossFit and muscle confusion, Cardio, upper body, lower body and abs and core blocks.

Strength Beginners
This class is designed for those who are just starting out on their fitness journey, are pregnant or returning after injury. This class combines low impact body weight exercises with strength building resistance exercises in a fun cardiovascular workout.

INSANITY LIVE
INSANITY® LIVE is a challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow, but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life. Moves can always be modified so you can work up to your own best level. It’s about letting go of your excuses, your limits, and everything that holds you back.

Buns Of Steel
Our Booty Burn classes will leave your glutes burning and well fired up while having a fun workout along the way.
30 or 45 minute class consisting of butt toning exercises building Beyonce booties & luscious legs leaving your behind with the most bootylisciuos burn.
Designed for all abilities from new mums, runners looking for strong glutes and all booties are welcome.

GAMEFIT

VYPA
VYPA is a hardcore, HIIT workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your cardio health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training. Each track keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat till you reach the edge.

PUNCHFIT
Get seriously sweaty with cardio boxing with a PUNCHFIT workout. The workout combines some of the favourite moves of boxing with a high intensity interval training bodyweight set that will push your body to its limit. Our boxing workout can increase endurance, strength, and speed. All abilities welcome!

HIRT

HIIT Step
It has been developed using the expertise and experience by former Commonwealth Games athlete and Performance Psychologist Dave Readle.
This class is a sweat fest!

Fatburn Extreme
Fatburn Extreme is a new concept in instructor-led fitness training and weight loss exercising. The first of its kind, it is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means participants will work until failure and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender, or current fitness capabilities.

Jagua
Jagua is the ultimate sculpt, tone & stretch program that will totally transform your body. This is low impact class, but dont let that fool you. IT WILL BURN.

Lucky Dip
30 minute body weight class. Likely to be step, Fatburn or Metafit. Every class guaranteed to be a giant sweat fest, short & sharp.

Strength
This class is similar to the bootcamp but with more strength based exercises. It may incorporate the suspension training, weights or circuits. Each class varies from week to week.

Fitness for kids aged 4 to 13 years.
Like adults, kids need exercise. This class offers children a magnitude of skills in a safe environment. We have the desire to inspire children to enjoy the healthy, active lifestyle that they were built for!
