Catherine ‘Cat’

Owner/Operator

Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor.

Cat is a Mum of two and business owner. She has 4 years experience in the fitness industry and a 10 year background in nursing. Catherine is a natural motivator and will make sure you get the most out of your session. She loves a good laugh and hearing your fitness story and goals.

Qualified in Metafit, HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training), Crank it suspension training, Fat burn Extreme, Metapwr, HIIT Step, Kettlebell AMPD, Gamefit, MetaPRO, P90X Live, Insanity LIVE and holds pre and post pregnancy certification and current senior first aid.

5 yrs ago Stacey started her health transformation journey – Attending her very first group fitness class with Cat, Stacey remembers she was scared, nervous and unfit, but Cat surprised her, she was welcoming, accommodating, passionate. At that point, Stacey was hooked and have only trained with Catherine ever since!

In 2016, Stacey decided to focus on her newfound passion for fitness and completed her group fitness and personal trainer certificates. Since then she has increased her qualifications to include: Kettlebell AMPD, Metafit, Metapwr, Punchfit, Fatburn Extreme, Gamefit, HiiT Step, HIRT and pregnancy and postnatal training.

As a personal trainer, Stacey’s goals are to help you achieve your fitness journey, strongly believing in “If I can do it so can you!” and every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.
